Does the EDC program for HUD Entitlement Funds include Section 8 or Rental Assistance?
No, the EDC only handles Home Owner Rehabilitation and Private Sanitary Sewer Replacement programs for Low-Moderate Income residents. For Section 8 Vouchers/Rental Assistance, contact the Jefferson/Franklin Community Action Corporation at 636-789-2686.
